This is for all the Apiphobics out there:

chef Sunday March 16th in Southern California, a flatbed truck carrying crates of bees overturned letting an estimated 8-12 million bees loose . . .

Holy shit that’s a lot of bees. The sound must have been deafening.
Lucky a lot of bee keepers were in the area because almond farmers in the San Joaquin Valley have the bees shipped to pollinate their trees.

I know at least one person who is glad they don’t live in SoCal.

12 million . . . wow

Apiphobia (ā′pi-fō′bē-ă) -morbid fear of bees
Jesislipia (je see slee pee-ă) -mistaking the Swedish Chef for a swarm of bees when in a half waking state
